Meet Our Staff and Board

Jeri Royce is our Director of Education and Training and co-trains with Rev. Lei Lanni in the delivery of the Prayer Chaplain Trainer Workshops.

Jeri has over 20 years of professional experience in nonprofit management in many areas including fundraising, event planning, training, capacity building, operations, volunteer management, human resources, and leadership development.

In addition to serving as Vice President for the Points of Light Foundation in Washington, DC, Jeri was Director of Education and Community Outreach for Unity of Phoenix after her relocation to Phoenix, AZ.

Jeri has been in Unity all of her life, has served as a Prayer Chaplain and Trainer, and has a passion for empowering people and developing leaders.

Jerry Burt is our Director of Business and Product Development. As a member of the Light and Love Ministries team, Jerry has created a very robust line of products to support Prayer Chaplain Programs in the field and handles all of the product marketing and order fulfillment.

After serving in the U.S. Navy aboard the USS Midway (aircraft carrier), Jerry established a successful ceramic tile contractor business for 38 years, which he formally retired from in 2011. In addition to his professional ambitions, volunteering and service have always been important aspects of his life. As an active Elks and Rotary member, he has served in many leadership positions over the years. One of his greatest joys has been volunteering at the Points of Light Foundation annual conference and serving as a CASA volunteer in the state of Arizona.

Jerry has been a partner in ministry with his wife, Rev. Lei Lanni, for over 20 years serving on many ministry boards, working with youth groups, and assisting on the platform during worship services.

Dori has served as a Prayer Chaplain for over 10 years and has been intimately involved with Light & Love Ministries since its inception. She works full time for a manufacturing company in their finance department. Dori brings her in depth financial and inventory experience to her board service and is a great asset to our Board.

Natalie Lehman

Natalie is currently enrolled in the Field Licensing Program and is a Licensed Unity Teacher. She serves as Co-Spiritual Leader of Unity Mohave Valley in Bullhead City, AZ, and is a Prayer Chaplain Program Trainer. Natalie is also a clinical social worker and previously served two years with the Telephone Prayer Ministry at Silent Unity.

Reverend Barry Terwilliger

Rev. Barry is currently serving as Co-Spiritual Leader of Unity of Mohave Valley in Bullhead City, AZ, and is a Prayer Chaplain Program Trainer. He has previously served for four years with Silent Unity Telephone Prayer Ministry at Unity Village; the last three of those years were as a trainer.
